Writer + Merge Form Questions
Need help:
- What is the difference between setting up the form automation function via a Template and via Document?
- It seems that if I were to go via Zoho Forms, that I would need to have a template ready to go in Zoho Writer and then map the form outputs on the particular template.
- However, if I were to set up the form and then set up a zoho document, I could then have the form's outputs be mapped onto the particular document.
- I do not understand the consequences in choosing each approach. I feel like there is a difference but I do not want to figure this out after the fact.
- I am trying to change the output for a zoho subform which only collects names to simply list the names in the document it is integrated with. I do not want a table output to occur. Help?
