Wrong email notification sent - how do I fix this?

I have been setting up different workflow rules connected to Zoho Survey. I never had any problems with this but suddenly when I test it by signing up I get 2 email notifications - one is correct from the workflow rule that i'm testing, but then I also get an email notification from another workflow rule. I tried testing different workflow rules and I keep getting the right email notification but also the wrong one - and it is the same wrong email notification every time.


Do any of you know how to fix this? I tried many different things but I cant find out where the problem is coming from.
