Wrong search of addresses in mails

Hi,

when creating a new e-mail, the search of mail adresses within the address fields is working only with the surname, not with the last name. "Jon Doe" can only be found when typing "Jon" and not when typing "Doe". After all, the address is "jon <jon.doe@mail.com>" and this is very unusual in official mails.
