Wrong value when clone a new contact within same account

Wrong value when clone a new contact within same account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

When I clone from existing contact, I expected all the values would remain unchanged unless I edit it. 
However recently when I do the above action, system automatically change the value. 

As value on Module item should be "HRMS" and after I saved the contact it changed into "Contact"?
That's really annoying to change it manually. 

Would you please tell me what's going on?
