Yeastar Integration

Hope all is well.

We have implemented the Yeastar integration with ZOHO CRM.

Form within the calls module we have noticed something that somewhat negates the whole purpose of the integration.

If I make a call from the calls module ( its a Scheduled call) Zoho concludes that call when i have finished and then automatically logs a call in the background. If I now try and mark the current call complete it tells me the call is already completed.  The issue iwth this is that we have workflows that are attached to the outcome of that call that we put in under call result. Zoho doesnot give us the option to input the call result.

On the mobile app this works perfecty, after the call the "log call" dialogue pops up and we put all information on there, sadly this seems to be missing in ZOHO CRM web, or am I missing something?

The call disposition also doesnt serve the purpose as it has no option of adding an outcome to the call on there.
