I had bought a domain from your site and after 7 days followups i got nonsense reasons from your team

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

This Email is in regards to your attempt to register the domain ( doctto.com ) through Zoho. Though we deducted the amount from your card / account, domain wasn't registered. During earlier phone conversations, we promised you that the case was escalated to back end team and will be fixed.

When our back end team analyzed, they found that this ( doctto.com ) domain was already registered in the calendar year 2017 and still active. Once the domain is registered and active, the same domain cannot be registered again. Hence we couldn't fix the issue. We will Refund the amount that was deducted for domain registration attempt to your card / bank account within 7 working days from today.

Also when you checked the availability of this domain on Zoho, it appeared as available due to Domain registration Lookup failure at that moment. We will fix this soon to avoid such inconvenience.
