"You do not have permission to access Zoho CRM..."

- I was trying to fix a Google Calendar integration bug.
I started out by using a yahoo address as a login even though I was running the app in my google domain. Application worked but it was pulling data from the login id rather than the underlying app and domain to determine Google calendar integration (this is weird).
Finally got a response from support to use my google domain email as my login. I went to make this change, first in Chrome and then in Firefox. I got to the screen to update the email address. I first tried creating a new address which I was going to make primary. When I clicked the "update" button to accept the new email address, the browser froze. So I tried to edit the existing address...nothing. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on a Dell Desktop.
I have also tried on a Mac in Chrome running Mac OS 10.5.8. (can't run Snow Leopard yet due to a NAS drive conflict).
So I tried to go to Chrome and follow the steps. When I went to login to Zoho CRM through Chrome I got the access denied message above.
Currently totally hosed. Can't login at all. Tried reinstalling in chrome app store. It says app is already installed. I don't want to delete and reinstall as I spent a day filling the app with data.
Please help.
