"Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage."

Hi, an user account: josi@sierralajeado.com.br is receiving the following error in Outlook 2013 SINCE 5 DAYS AGO (It is reccurent issue):

"Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time."

Please help us unblock ASAP and make sure it won't block again since this is seller employee account.
