Hello there,

Our email account (membership@****.ca) was blocked for outgoing email on Friday June 9th, when we sent our members/clients a few email attachments (legitimate, and these are paid members of our organization, not just marketing/promotional stuff). Unfortunately the email account was blocked, and we haven't been able to unblock it (it now says 'operation only for paid').

We do not believe we broke any rules, nor the zoho usage policy, and the emails are completely within normal usage for our organization. The emails were sent out through Outlook at the same time, which I expect is what triggered the block, but I don't believe we have had these types of issues in the past (only 7 emails, each 4 mb, total 28mb, went out).

Could you please unblock that account as soon as you can? We emailed earlier yesterday, but haven't heard back.
