Your best emailing tool, now with iOS 13 experience

Hello All,

iOS 13 is here and we are glad to announce about the new features in the latest version of the Zoho Mail app. I hope you are excited to know about the features as we are!  


Below are the features that are supported in the latest update of the app: 

Love the darkness? Dark mode is here: 
 

The Zoho Mail mobile app now seamlessly adapts itself to iOS 13’s dark mode. When the dark mode is active on your device,
the Zoho Mail mobile app displays your emails in the dark theme. 



You can also choose the dark theme just for the Zoho Mail mobile app irrespective of the mode set on the device. 

You can do so, by following the steps mentioned below: 

    1. Go to Zoho Mail app. 

    2. Settings. 

    3. Select the dark theme, under 'Display Settings'. 

 

This feature holds true for scheduled mode as well. While your device is in the dark mode, the mobile app will switch to dark mode and vice versa. 

Pro tip: You can shake your phone to switch dark theme on and off in Zoho Mail when the dark mode isn’t active in the mobile app. This even applies to devices that haven't been updated to iOS 13!



Choose your favorite Font: 

You can choose the custom fonts from within the Zoho Mail app Settings. The custom font will be reflected while reading the emails as well.  



System predefined fonts along with the fonts that you have installed on the device will be displayed in Alphabetical order in the list of Custom fonts. 

The fonts that you have installed in the device can be verified within the device's settings. Go to Phone settings > General > Fonts > All the installed fonts will be displayed.

Scan documents when you are on the go: 

Zoho Mail app now has the option to scan the documents and add it as attachments in the emails. 

Choose the option 'Scan Documents' by clicking the 'Attachment' icon in the compose window, to scan the document and send it over via email.
