Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Count Exceeds Limit [Mail Count=130]

My account was blocked after only sending out a total of 130 mails. I was told that the maximum is 500 per day. Is is possible unblock my account and fix the maximum to the proper 500 mails per day.
