"Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails"

"Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails"

My outgoing mail has been blocked on my account with no explanation. It says the the reason is unknown and to contact customer service. I did and I haven't heard back yet, I need access to my email ASAP.
