Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails

Dear Zoho Team,

My current account as  salesbanquet@vanhoaclub.com.vn has been blocked when I was sending email for my customers with this message: 

"We have blocked your account "salesbanquet@vanhoaclub.com.vn" temporarily as a security precaution.

Block Type: Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason : Unknown"

I had to re-send my email for each recipient since my attachments was not included in these mail. This is an unfortunate mistake and I hope you do not take it as I am a spam. 

Please unblock my account so that I could go back to work soon.
