A user cannot get email via their POP client, starting this morning. However, the web client is functioning, but has this message in a red box at the top: "Your POP Access has been blocked, you will not be able to fetch emails via POP. Click here to get unblocked."
Two email accounts have this issue:
When they click the "click here" to get unblocked, the message indicates there are no blocks on the account. However, this user is still unable to use a POP client to access their mail.
