One person at work receives this warning in Outlook: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.

Only 1 out of the many at work get this. I changed the timeout to a few minutes instead of 30 seconds (something like that), but she still gets this warning sometimes. What can we do to stop it? I tried disabling her firewall, just in case that was it, but she still gets it completely randomly.
