Dear Community:

How can we create a "pool" of "dead accounts" (accounts that are dormant to us), or potential new accounts that are visible by all my 6 SalesReps? Currently, each SalesRep has privacy on their Leads such that no one else on the Sales Rep authority level can see each others Accounts or Leads. Only the Admin, SuperAdmins can see all of the Leads; however, we want to create a "Pool" of prospects that could be added to our database such that any of the 6 Sales Reps could inspect that Pool and see if there are any prospects they would like to try to sell to.  We do not have assigned geographic territories in the USA, so we can't do this by Zip Code or State.  We would like that Pool to be visible to all 6 of my Sales Reps... I understand I can create a custom module, however, it looks like I cant' do anything like make that Pool account a companyAccount once we close an order with them and make them a regular customer at that point and assigned to the sales rep that was able to get into the "dormant" account and Convert them to one of our accounts. The "Leads" module has the nice functionality to Convert, but each of my SalesReps wants privacy for their own Leads, so I cannot make the Leads module public to all SalesReps.
