I'm not sure who I contacted at Zoho about 6-12 months ago regarding the Zapier To Zoho Books integration.  Someone there at Zoho sent me a link to set-up an alternative version of the Zaps that currently exist on Zapier for Zoho Books.  This alternative version allowed me to be able to import individual line items from my online form (Item Name, Quantity, Rate, Description) into a new invoice successfully without requiring an array but by separating each line item field by a comma (which the stock versions of the Zaps cannot do right now).  

This alternative Zap that I was sent works and I wanted to see if it was possible for Zoho to make this alternative Zap a permanent part of the Zapier to Zoho Books Integration.  If Zoho could also create a similar Zap to be able to integrate my online form into a Zoho Books Service Estimate that would be great!  Let me know if you need anything from me in order to get this rolling and to make these working Zaps permanent.

Also, as a feature suggestion for the Zapier Zoho Books integration, could you please allow new Zoho Books invoices generated by Zapier to be linked to existing contact's email rather than by using thier name.  Emails in Zoho CRM/Books are much easier to make absolutely unique, whereas I have 6 John Smiths in my database, so Zapier creates the invoice under the wrong person.
