I have our Facebook Ads and Calendly feeding information into Zoho Leads. I'm having a problem that is continues to duplicate information and over-writing fields. I'm trying to have if a new lead OR a lead re-engages with us basically do 2 different things:
- If they already exist in our system, I just want to add a note of what they looked at and add a tag, this is working...
- If they are a new lead add all the new information to the system and add a lead status and tag...this is basically working....expect they are adding the tag of the existing lead....
Any insight would be great!
