Zbcode + Super Admin Password Reset request

I need the zbcode as per instructions below requested by support:
In the Name/ Host/ Alias/ CNAME add the code generated in Zoho zb********.
  1. In the Value/ Points To/ Destination field add   zmverify.zoho.com. 

I am not sure why but we did provide zoho support with the information requested in the 1st response at the end of this email to reset our super admin account password but it's still not resolved.

We see that you have not pointed the CNAME to the domain correctly. We cannot proceed further without the proper validation. So, you can also use the below verification methods.

CNAME Method -  Add a unique 'CNAME' record specified by us in the domain's DNS Manager.
TXT Record Method - Add a specific TXT Record, in the given format in the domain's DNS Manager
HTML Method - Upload the given HTML file in the specific folder as provided in our instructions, under the root of your website.

Note: If you are unable to get these information please contact your domain provider who will be able to assist you in taking up the screenshot of domain validation(CNAME).

To verify that you actually have the entire rights over the domain “pickleballcanada.org”, we request you to send us the following information, after which you can change the Admin password in your organization:
 
  •     When was your org created?
  •     How many members are there in your org?
  •     Please mention us 4 to 5 org members email ID. Reply to this email adding them in CC.
  •     Could you please login to your domain management page and create a CNAME record with hostname ZAC251197, point it to domain.zoho.com and set TTL to 1 hour .Please provide us the screenshot of the page where you have updated the CNAME in your DNS zone file page.
