ZCRM Importing Contacts still Problematic
Hi,
I though this issue was gone. It's fine to build new contacts live because it's more work to getting the import field accurate. The excel name field for the Mailsuite is entirely different that what's needed to import. The field mapping can be unnecessary if Zoho would have simply created a downloadable excel template containing the first row as the header row.
End-users could easily fill in the excel sheet then upload it without delays or problems.
