I have a requirement from our potential client. They use APPLE OSX for their documents and want to use MAC, iPhones and iPads to access ZCRM.
- Can we attach documents to ZCRM from any remote APPLE server?
e.g. I am in an organization and my organisation has document management server accessible on path say //APPLE-SERVER/COMPANY-DOCUMENTS/Vishal/Personal/. Can the documents be attached via UNC path to ZCRM?
- ZCRM does not support NUMBERS ( apple spreadsheet ) to import modules data ( Import LEAD/CONTACTS etc. ). Is it true that we need to convert the numbers data in .csv format first in this particular case?
