ZCRM - Sales Order - mouse scroll function failure

Since the recent update to the Inventory Modules, our customer service group is experiencing problems with the scroll function when editing a Sales Order and using a mouse with scroll wheel. The problem occurs about 25% of the time when they are making changes to the :date and time". When the problem occurs, the scroll function on the mouse stops, yet you can still scroll the page by dragging the slide bars on the edge of the page. However, this is very frustrating and slows productivity. To get the page to scroll again, you have to "click save", which sometimes, does not save your work and you have to start over. This problem has been reoccurring since the first day of the changes.

Our technical people believe the problem is in the browser Java coding. They suggest you check your Java code script because it appears to be not compatible with the changes.

There is another problem connected with the Date/Time fields:

If you click on the "edit button" next to this field, and attempt to change the time, i.e.  example 12:30 AM to 12:20 AM, you cannot change the numbers using a keyboard with a numeric key pad. However, you can use the number keys at the top of the keyboard. But, if you click on "edit" for the entire page, the numeric key pad will work. In addition, when you enter data in these fields, the entire field may change position slightly, as you enter the data. Both of these scenarios suggest further coding problems in this area.

Our technical people believe that ll of these problems:
  • Mouse scroll function failure
  • Numeric key pad  entry failure
  • Date/Time field position stability problem
are related because of incorrect or incomplete coding that has a negative impact on screen rendering and UI functions.

Please advise when these problems will be resolved.
