I've created an estimate for an account in CRM (using zFinance). I've been asked to email a copy to person X who is not in the CRM. My first thought is to go to the estimate and click SEND and then enter the email address in the TO box... but it's not possible to do that as I only get a dropdown list. My next thought would be to click "Add New Contact" from within the same email but there is no option to do that (even though that option exists in zBooks)

So my question is how can I email or cc an estimate to someone who is NOT in the CRM without me having to go through hoops to add them first and then go back to the estimate and resend. It's possible to do this in CRM so I guess why not in the "more advanced" zoho books?

Everything in zFinance looks nice but once you scratch beyond basic needs you get stuck. It's like Zoho is trying to create everything with only 1 scenario in mind. I've come up against roadblocks on nearly every module I've tested so far.
