Zia Agent activation in Zoho Desk forces new Organization creation instead of deploying to existing one

While attempting to complete the deployment and activation sequence of a new Zia Agent within our existing Zoho Desk environment, the activation process failed on the user interface, throwing a generic error (see print).

However, despite the activation failure on the Desk side, the Zia platform backend processed the request incorrectly. Instead of provisioning and anchoring the Zia Agent within our already existing Zoho One Organization, it automatically provisioned and mapped the service to a brand-new, isolated Organization under my account.
