Zia - AI Assistant is now integrated with Zoho Projects iOS app
Hello All,
Zoho Projects, your favorite project management application now supports Zia. Zia is an AI assistant that helps you to perform various actions like adding tasks, assign bugs, change bugs status etc., effortlessly. You can use Zia either via voice/ chat commands.
Zia can be accessed from the Home page of the app by tapping the Zia icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Below are some of the commands that the Zia functionality supports:
Assign bug
Assign task
Bug due days left
Change bugs status
Change status of tasks
Change task priority
Close bug
Close task
Closed bugs
Closed tasks
Completed task list
Create bug
Create event
Create project
Create task and much more.
Clicking the question mark available in the Zia screen will display the complete list of commands that are supported.

We can choose to access Zia via chat or voice from the settings module. To switch from the Voice to Chat and vice versa, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to Zoho Projects app.
- Settings.
- Tap 'Access Zia via' option.
- Choose the option as per your requirement.
Note: To access Zia Voice feature, the 'Voice recognition' and 'Microphone' options should be turned on for Zoho Projects app, in the mobile device's settings.
You can do so, by going to device's Settings > Zoho Projects > Turn On Voice Recognition & Microphone options.
