Zia for Zoho CRM

Zia for Zoho CRM

From watching Zoholics videos, I though Zia would intelligently answer chat questions based on keywords. I chatted with support and they mentioned that for Zia to answer questions, we need to pre configure it with questions from the setup page.

If that is the case, it would be better to run reports that pre configure Zia with tons of questions.

I really thought that Zia was an intelligent AI that can answer chat questions based on keywords without any need for configuration.
