Zobot and Live Chat
Does the Zobot and Live Chat functionality work together? Can you a new Zobot and current Live Chat both up and running at the same time or can you only have one running at any given time? We want to implement a Zobot but still want the Live Chat working with it as normal.
Also, is there an option in the Zobot script that the customer can be redirected to communicate with a live operator?
