Zobot - Codeless Bot Builder Question
Hi,
Currently we just have live chat in place with a trigger and that creates a lead whenever a visitor enters their details within the CRM - We are happy with this and would like to retain this going forward.
With Zobots - Codeless Bot Builder, will this still do the same or would I have to create a lead at the start of the conversation with the bot to create this lead, as there isnt a sandbox option, I dont want to test on a live system!
