Zobot not initiating chat

Zobot not initiating chat

Hi,
We are using the codeless bot on our website and up until recently have had no issues. However, just recently the bot has stopped initiating chat. I have the settings set to initiate chat 1 second after the user lands on the site, however it does not do this. I have tried deleting and remaking the bot and fiddling with the settings, but I am unable to resolve this issue.
