Zoho SAAS Account Marketing Communications Policy

What options do you have available for customer's of Zoho products to opt-out of marketing communications that get delivered via pop-up within the SAAS Zoho products themselves? I get pop-ups from time to time and they get in the way of my workflow.

I understand you want to offer new products,features and events, but the way they are delivered with-in ZohoCRM, via pop-up is problematic because I often have multiple windows open where pop-ups can continue to be delivered.

My request is that you offer new products and services via email only, or offer a way for customers to disable them in the SAAS app itself.  Thank you.
