Zoho Account not receiving emails

Hi Guys,

Our zoho channel has not received any emails for the last few hours. We know that emails are being sent out successfully, but we are not receiving any incoming emails.

We had some issues with Zoho yesterday as well but nothing this bad. Our zoho channel is very important to our organisation so we appreciate any help in getting this up and running as fast as possible.
