Zoho Accounts/Contacts/Projects module
Our company is mainly a B2C company that has very little use for the accounts module. Is there any way the eliminate the accounts module and customize the contacts module to handle the low percentage of B2B business we do?
One issue we have come across is that when we try to convert a potential to a project (utilizing the project module) it requires an account association. Is there any way to turn off that requirement? Most consumers that we work with do not have a company name.
