Zoho Advanced Analytics with Team Module support – Now includes teams, notes, and fields in reports & insights

Hello Enterprise Support Community, 
Advanced Analytics is now accessible to Zoho CRM's team modules. You can choose to add team modules, their notes and fields to include them for reports, insights and other analytical functions.



Alongside the standard and custom modules available in Advanced Analytics through the Zoho Analytics Configuration popup, you can now also choose the team modules listed at the bottom.




Notes
Note: Team modules in Zoho Advanced Analytics carry properties similar to custom modules. Users can manually create dashboards for use cases that match their business scenarios.
 
With this enhancement, enterprises with multiple teams get a structured, team-level view of CRM data without manual tagging or exports. 
 
Let's quickly look at how this enhancement will help with your CRM analytics.

  1. Get a closer watch on team productivity with dashboards like tasks completed per team/member, average turnaround time, and workload distribution.
  2. Track customer journey with the full lifecycle: Lead → Deal → Onboarding → Support, identifying drop-offs between stages handled by different teams.
  3. Track team activities and how many records or tickets each team has managed, based on the associated module that is synchronized with Analytics.
  4. Create dashboards like “Deals closed by team" or “Leads handled per team" for quick insights.
