My mailbox is almost full so I am getting warnings that my inbox will be shut down "Soon" unless I fix it. I like those totally non-descriptive words like, 'soon'. What is it Zoho? When will my email be blocked? When it is over a certain size limit (it's already over)? Maybe a time limit? Maybe an account manager has to approve the block? Who knows? Who cares?
I was away from my computer over the weekend receiving lots of these emails making me worry. I found out (again) just how sub-par the iOS app was since I was unable to delete files in bulk based on advanced searching. If there was something other than 'SOON' in the warning email maybe I wouldn't have had to worry.
So, I am at my computer now and in Zoho mail. I want to delete emails in a particular folder but not from the last 30 days. I go to advanced search, select the folder, select has attachment, and specify my date range, then press search. Nothing appears, no error, no nothing. I don't expect much to work within Zoho anymore. I also don't expect anyone in support to be able to help. They'll probably just blame it on my browser (I've tried chrome/safari/firefox), or my computer, just like they've always done in the past after wasting tons of my time trying to figure it out.
I'm reporting this issue to you Zoho, but please don't bother me or waste my time trying to fix this because you've seriously tired me out with all the issues with your service over the years, not just with Mail, but Books, Expense, Sites24x7, Projects, and Sites. All of them I didn't have to use very long to become frustrated. I'm exhausted from the non-sense. Next week I am set to finally switch to other services away from Zoho.
Zoho will NOT be missed. In fact I'll be so happy I'm going to through a frickin party over it.
