Zoho Analytics - Sum how much time my Sale man talk with leads?

Zoho Analytics - Sum how much time my Sale man talk with leads?

Hi, I was trying to create in Zoho Analytics
Summary View which shows me on each salesperson how many minutes of conversation he made in month X
The thing is that the field is in the CALLS module
Call Duration is a text type and I can not do Sum
Is there any way in formula or otherwise to generate data of how many of my sales man speaks by month
It is possible in minutes and it is also possible in hours
