I connected my business's facebook account to Zoho Analytics. I am trying to make sense of the data, but I need someone to provide an assist.
Looking at the premade "Page Insights" dashboard - The first column presents "Impressions" and "Post Impressions". What is the difference between these two indicators?
If you scroll down, you will see a number of charts displaying statistics for "Reach". However, when you move into edit mode, the "Reach" indicator uses the "Impressions" field. What am I missing? Impressions and Reach are two very different metrics.
Being a Zoho One subscriber, I also have access to Zoho Social (I synced the data with Analytics hoping I could do a little more in depth analyses). Zoho Social has metrics for Reach and Impressions, so I figured I would isolate yesterday's data and compare the two platforms and see which field I should be using for which metric. The Zoho Social "Impressions" metric does not match any of the Zoho Analytics Impression fields. Even more confusing is the fact that neither Social or Analytics matches any of the data when I go straight to Facebook.
I expect there to be slight differences depending on when the data were pulled. However, I did a refresh of all at the same time and some metrics are 15k or more off.
- I need someone to tell me if Zoho Analytics views Impressions and Reach differently.
- If they do - I need someone to tell me which field should be used for Impressions and which field should be used for Reach.
Thank you.
