Zoho and Apple Mail via IMAP

Hello,

I just started using Zoho via IMAP.  When an email is sent to me, I get it via the web based account but it does not show up in my Apple Mail.  I click "get mail" in Apple Mail and still nothing.  I have to manually go to "syncronize  account" via the drop down and then it shows the new mail...sometimes, not always.

I have gone through the setup procedures for Apple Mail...can't figure it out.  Funny thing is, the iPhone gets the email immediately.  Any ideas?
