Hello past 2 weks i dont get any emails from booking.com to ma zoho mail, i write the problem and bookin send me this mesage. I dont understand what i must do now, so please help me.


We were able to identify that the reason behind these email being bounced is because of a email protocol called DMARC, however we would kindly need you to double check this with your email provider.

Our Partner Messaging team informed that this DMARC restriction is something that neither us nor you can work around, as it is related to the domains that hosts the @propertyname.xx address.

To fix this would require mail providers to make large changes to infrastructure (SRS - Sender Rewriting Scheme) which is unlikely to happen unfortunately.
