Hi,
I have been looking in Zoho CRM the last few months and know it will help our business in a positive way. Especially the account managers and the sales process.
We are going to build an online community website where in the 1st phase we are going going for newsletter signups.
In the 2nd phase we want to convert these to account and profile registrations for the online community.
These account will give access to specific member data, perks, savings, loyalty points, etc.
1. I haven't figured out yet if and how Zoho can play a part in the community members management. Any insight would be welcome.
2. If Zoho could play a part in the community members management would we still have full control over the GUI of the user/portal?
