We have Zoho Answerbot on our page with salesiq, however we need it to capture the details of the person prior to any engagement, e.g. name, email, phone. Before we enabled Answerbot salesiq used to do this in the chatbox when people click it, but since enabling Answer bot it seems to have stopped and it's vital we capture the details first before the bot helps answer their questions or hands them off to an operator, how do I enable this?
