Zoho App 2.3.1 sync issues
Since Zoho CRM iPad version 2.3.1 was released, our field folks have been experiencing a problem with synchronization of notes with Zoho CRM. When logged into Zoho CRM from the web, I can add a note to for a contact. When I look up that contact using the iPad, the contact's notes will not come down to the pad, even after clicking the refresh button. This is causing our field force great coordination difficulty because not all users can visualize retrieval of the data.
