Zoho One brings your business apps, users, and teams into one connected ecosystem. Now, that ecosystem has a new way to help app teams understand what happens after their apps reach users.
Zoho Apptics is now available in Zoho One, bringing app analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, user engagement, feedback, and app store insights into the Zoho One experience.
Which features are users engaging with? Where are they dropping off? Are crashes affecting a few users or a larger segment? Are APIs performing as expected? Do teams have the context they need to turn app data into better product decisions?
Zoho Apptics brings these answers together in one place. And with Apptics now in Zoho One, it's easier for organizations to give the right teams access to those insights.
What does this mean for Zoho One users?
With Apptics now available in Zoho One, organizations can bring app analytics into an ecosystem their teams already use.
Instead of treating app analytics as a separate setup, teams can access Apptics through the same Zoho One ecosystem where users, apps, and permissions are already managed. This makes it simpler to introduce Apptics to the teams that need app insights without creating a disconnected access flow.
It also helps different teams work with the same app data in a more organized way. Developers can look into crashes, API performance, and stability issues. Product and marketing teams can study events, funnels, retention, ratings, and feedback. Testers and other stakeholders can be given access based on the projects and responsibilities they work with.
With Apptics in Zoho One, organizations get an easier way to bring app intelligence to the right people while still keeping project access and roles structured inside Apptics.
Add Apptics from Zoho One
Zoho One admins can add Apptics from the Applications section in the Zoho One Admin Panel.
Once Apptics is added, the organization owner gets admin access and can start adding users to the Apptics organization directly from Zoho One. Project setup can then be completed from the Apptics console.
Manage user access
Apptics access can be managed at two levels:
Organization level
Add users as Admins or Members.
Project level
Assign project roles such as Developer, Tester, Marketer, or Follower.
This helps teams give users access based on the projects they work on and the responsibilities they handle.
After Apptics is added from Zoho One, project setup and other Apptics actions continue in the Apptics console.
Teams can create projects, add apps, configure environments, complete SDK integration, manage project members, and start viewing analytics, crashes, events, engagement, performance, and other app data directly from the Apptics console.
Subscription and usage
When Apptics is added through Zoho One, the Zoho Apptics Pro plan is included as part of your Zoho One subscription.
Note: In addition to the usage included with the plan, Zoho One organizations receive an additional 2,000 errors and 10,000 engagements for each Zoho One user license, up to a maximum of 50 user licenses.
Your Apptics plan and usage limits are linked to your Zoho One subscription. Based on your requirements, you can manage additional usage for projects, errors, and engagements.
If your Zoho One subscription changes, your Apptics plan and usage limits also change.
