Zoho as a POP account for outlook 2003

Zoho as a POP account for outlook 2003

I am having trouble getting zoho to work with outlook 2003 in my older machine that is running XP. I have gone through all the settings and tested them and received green check marks all the way down the list. When I go to send/receive I am not able to get past about 24kb of data. What am I missing on the set up process.
