Zoho as an alternative to Google/Microsoft/Yahoo? (privacy issues)
Given the recent NSA surveillance scandal in the USA, many people are looking for an alternative email service. I've read through Zoho's privacy policy, and it's definitely better than Google/Yahoo/Microsoft, at least with regard to scanning your mail to sell to 3rd party advertisers. I'd like to know how secure our email is from US (or other) government surveillance. Where are Zoho's servers located and what are the laws pertaining to foreign governments having access to their contents?
Zoho has the potential to gain an enormous amount of new users if at least some steps are taken to preserve the privacy of users' emails from government surveillance.
