Zoho ASAP - Help center Incompatible Input; Incomplete Output - ticket 68648537
Good day Ash,
Since April 9 2021, the Zoho ASAP is giving us an error for some users (not all users):
Incompatible Input; Incomplete Output - We are not able to process your data. Please double-check the data you entered.
Plus when the same users add a ticket it get stuck to loading screens but the ticket is created.
On the same day I contacted your team, a ticket was open then close then reopened.
On april 16th, our team identified and share the following:
We identified the problem as being one parameter in one of the query made by Zoho ASAP
The queryhttps://desk.zoho.eu/portal/api/kbRootCategories?........ has a `locale=en-gb` parameter passed which fail to be validated, if `locale=en` is passed, or no `locale` parameter is passed, then the query is validated properly.
Last week, we spoke to your dev team about the issue, I believe they came to same conclusion and were supposed to fix it the same day. Still nothing.
Ash could you please escalate this issue please.
