Zoho asks for OTP sms when I sign in but doesn't send me OTP
I try to login to my mail but can't login successfully because zoho requires sms otp code. the system said otp sent but i did not receive, i pressed resend a million times but no progress. I tried asking a colleague and they still got their otp. Before, I still received the normal otp so it couldn't be due to the wrong phone number. I tried to email support but got no response. I really need to log into my mail because I have important documents in it. Can someone help me?
When I signed up for an account to post this, I stumbled upon zoho listing my phone number as spam, I thought this was the problem. Please review and unlock my phone number.
