Zoho Assist "Automatic Update has Failed" message when accessing

Zoho Assist "Automatic Update has Failed" message when accessing

When I click on the zohomeeting.exe program and enter my username and password I get the error message "Automatic Update has Failed". I cannot start a remote session.

What do I need on my Desktop to start a remote session without having to go into a browser to start a session
