Zoho Assist: Failed to join session: Operation completed successfully

We have a small sample of users where they get the message: Failed to join session due to the following reason: The operation completed successfully.  Obviously, this seems like a contradiction - how can it be both?  Is there a log we can reference to get more information or detail on the error that caused the disconnection?
