Streamlined remote support with Wayland compatibility for Linux

Assist Now is compatible with Wayland, the secure and modern replacement for X11. Wayland enhances display management and communication for seamless remote support when connecting with Linux devices.

Peer-to-peer remote connectivity for Linux
Along with our usual server upgrades to enhance your remote session experience, we have released peer-to-peer remote connectivity for Linux devices on a shared network. When a user connects to a Linux device on the same network, a direct peer-to-peer connection is automatically established, which minimizes latency and improves the efficiency of remote work.

URS Device Activity
With the new Device Activity option, you can easily select any unattended device to view all actions performed on it. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of activities to help you monitor devices and manage operations efficiently.

Expanded support for Android RCP on rooted devices
In addition to Windows, Mac, and Linux devices, we have expanded support for the remote command prompt for URS Devices to include rooted Android smartphones. This feature allows you to run commands remotely on rooted Android smartphones.
