Virtual monitor in native viewer
The virtual monitor feature which is available in the web-based viewer, is now supported in the Native Viewer. Technicians supporting headless or single-monitor devices can add a virtual display, enabling resolution scaling up to 2K for sharper visuals and smoother troubleshooting, even in complex environments for a clearer remote access experience.
Mobile agent support in Native Viewer
Users can now initiate remote support sessions directly from the Native Viewer on mobile. This enhancement allows faster session start times, improved flexibility for on-the-go support, and a smoother experience when assisting customers without switching between tools.
Language support in iOS & Android apps
We’ve expanded language support in our iOS and Android apps to better serve global users. Right-to-Left languages including Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Kashmiri, and Urdu are now supported. With this update, the Customer App is available in 21 languages on iOS and 20 languages on Android.
